Whether that be a business, a band, an artist, anyone with an idea they want to create attention to, we bring cutting-edge thinking, creative execution and professional excellence to every project, investing our full attention to understanding your needs. Our concept was hatched long ago, with a bright-eyed, bushy tailed college grad, trying to find his place in the world.

The founder, Richard Rummelhart landed his first post college job, after earning degrees in Marketing and Creative Writing, in advertising and was quickly promoted to an Advertising Sales Manager in traditional yellow pages media putting together a successful 22 year career. His passion to help businesses be creative has persisted his entire professional career, and , as the yellow pages industry continued to decline, Richard was able to reap the benefits of his career and let his entrepreneurial wings carry him into the venture of his dreams-- his new agency.

This followed a six year stint of his first entrepreneurial venture where he opened and ran two small town candy stores while concurrently maintain his sales manager job. The business was sweet, but as his time there ran its course, he sold the venture in 2022. Now, able to devote full time into building Rickstart Marketing+ into the ideal place for those to turn that need guidance and assistance in their marketing needs, this business began to take shape!
